Arlette Bailey

Arlette is the Office Manager at JLF Property Management Group, where she is responsible for the smooth operation of the office. She is also a licensed NC Real Estate Broker.

Her duties include overseeing daily operations, administrative functions, acting as a liaison between portfolio managers and tenants, planning team events, and maintaining team morale. She also provides support to the Operations Manager.

With over 10 years of experience in office management and daily operations, Arlette ensures effective business functioning and a positive work environment.
