Cynthia brings 15 years of construction and operations experience to her role as the After-Hours and Weekend Maintenance Coordinator at JLF. As a former business owner in the construction industry, she has worked closely with project managers, subcontractors, and specialists across a wide range of trades. Her extensive background gives her a strong command of field operations, on-site problem solving, contractor coordination, and urgent-response maintenance workflows.

Cynthia is highly skilled in managing service requests, prioritizing critical issues, and ensuring that property operations remain smooth and responsive during off-peak hours. Her practical expertise, disciplined work ethic, and deep understanding of how the trades operate allow her to support teams and tenants with exceptional efficiency and professionalism.

Outside of work, Cynthia is a proud grandmother of four and cherishes the time she spends watching her grandchildren grow. She is also an avid swimmer, a hobby she values for its ability to provide relaxation, balance, and a clear mind.
