Eddy is the Maintenance Supervisor at JLF Property Management, bringing a uniquely well-rounded skill set shaped by previous careers in emergency medical services, education, and operations management. His experience as a paramedic in New York City strengthened his ability to remain calm under pressure, troubleshoot complex situations, and respond quickly to emergencies—skills that translate seamlessly into managing maintenance challenges with efficiency, safety, and care.

Outside of work, Eddy enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling the world, watching and playing sports, painting, discovering new restaurants, and taking on home improvement projects.
