Kim Pedosiuk

Kim serves as the Marketing Director at JLF Management, ensuring a seamless and positive start for every investor. She oversees all onboarding steps, management agreements, and required documentation, while also managing property marketing and engaging with all prospective tenant leads. Her responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail play a key role in delivering a smooth experience for both owners and applicants.

For the past five years, Kim has been an invaluable member of the JLF team, consistently bringing dedication, professionalism, and care to her work and to the clients she serves.

Outside of the office, Kim enjoys traveling, cooking, and hosting family and friends.
