As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Kurt oversees all aspects of property management for a portfolio of investor-owners. With ten years of experience in the industry, he brings a seasoned understanding of both operations and client needs. Kurt believes that success in property management is built on strong relationships, clear communication, and exceptional customer service—principles he works to uphold every day. Kurt also holds a NC Real Estate License.

Outside of work, Kurt enjoys traveling, staying active with various sports, and spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their three-year-old American Foxhound, Gabby.
