Natalie Cowles

Natalie serves as the Operations Coordinator at JLF Management Group, playing an important role in supporting various operations for both the JLF team and our clients.

She also holds an active NC Real Estate license and serves as a broker with our sister firm, Redwood Realty. Natalie assists clients with both purchase and sale transactions, specializing in Investment Properties, Luxury Real Estate, and Seller Listings. Beyond her administrative expertise, Natalie brings a warm, thoughtful presence to the organization—someone who values connection, clarity, and doing things the right way.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys expressing her creativity through art and home design. She loves settling in with a good book, savoring her morning coffee (or coffee any time of day!), and spending time with friends and family. Natalie and Sam have been married for 24 years, share two grown children, and are proud grandparents to two wonderful grandchildren.
