Rochella Balida

Rochella is a Leasing Assistant who supports JLF’s residents and owners throughout the full leasing cycle—from move-ins and renewals to collections and move-outs. She brings five years of long-term property management experience and is known for her clear communication, strong customer service, and ability to stay on top of details and deadlines.

Outside of work, Rochella is a dog lover who enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach with her family.
