Shelby Karnap

Shelby is the Team Lead for JLF’s Portfolio Managers, working closely with property owners to support and protect their investments. She joined JLF in 2022 as a Leasing Consultant and quickly discovered her passion for property management. Through dedication, determination, and a genuine desire to help others, Shelby grew into her leadership role and has become a dependable resource for both her clients and her team. She is also a licensed NC Real Estate Broker.

She approaches every portfolio as if it were her own, embracing challenges with a solutions-focused mindset. Shelby believes that property management goes far beyond daily operations—it's about providing peace of mind, advocating for owners, and being someone clients can truly rely on.

Outside of work, Shelby enjoys making memories with her daughter and their Goldendoodle. Whether spending time outdoors, shopping, or relaxing by the water, she values every opportunity to be present with the people she loves most.
